Ms. Laila Johnson
Younger 2's Lead Teacher
Ms. Laila has a love and passion for kids. She enjoys doing circle times and activities with the kids. Ms. Laila has been a great addition to our My First School team. She is always bringing special treats and activities for the kids to enjoy.
Ms. Nicole Aquilante
Younger 2's Assistant Teacher
Ms. Nicole has been with My First School for a few years now, working in the 2's. She was also a student at Ms. Dee Dee's as a child. Ms. Nicole has found a love working with our younger kids and loves to do crafts with them.
Ms. Zoie Randall
Older 2's Lead Teacher
Ms. Zoie comes from years of experience in the childcare field and teaching young preschoolers is her passion. Her son is a student here at My First School and Ms. Zoie has an older daughter who attends Ms. Dee Dee's afterschool.
Ms. Hannah Maarouf

Ms. Hannah started with us over the summer and quickly worked her way into the 2-year-old classrooms. She loves to plan activities for the kids and enjoys learning more about each one of the kids. She sees the potential in even the youngest students and loves to watch them learn and grow.
Ms. Maria Ortiz

Ms. Maria has over 10 years of experience in administration, finance, and customer service, along with experience in early childhood education. She worked with NC Head Start, as a supportive role in the classrooms. Her love for children has brought her to My First School as a two-year-old assistant. She loves helping children learn, while supporting families. Ms. Maria's bilingual skills in English and Spanish allows her to connect with students and parents in a meaningful way. We are excited to have Ms. Maria join our team.
