My First School

Inclement Weather

 

My First School follows the Union County Public School System regarding school closings due to inclement weather. Please listen to local radio or watch TV for area school closings.

• School Closures: If UCPS is closed, My First School will also be closed.

• Delayed Start: On days with a delayed start, My First School will open at 11:00 a.m. (regardless of the specific delay announced by the public schools.)

 

If the weather worsens during the morning, such as flooding or if snow or sleet begins to fall while children are at school, we encourage parents to pick up their children early. If UCPS ends up closing early, you will be required to pick up your child immediately. Our top priority is the safety of our students and families, and we want everyone to be home safely when conditions become hazardous.
